1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokerOdds.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

PokerOdds.io provides poker tools including an odds calculator, interactive lessons, practice games against AI bots, home game tracking, and social features. The service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate real-money gambling.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PokerOdds.io. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. While PokerOdds.io does not offer real-money gambling, poker content may not be suitable for minors. If you are under 18, please do not use this service.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
  • Not impersonate other users
  • Choose a display name that is not offensive or misleading

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Billing: You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Prices are in USD.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until the next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for real-money gambling
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game scores
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
  • Harass other users or submit offensive content
  • Circumvent daily play limits or premium restrictions
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PokerOdds.io — including lessons, game logic, UI design, and branding — is owned by PokerOdds.io. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. Your user-generated data (game records, scores) remains yours, and you can delete it at any time.

8. Home Games & Social Features

Home game tracking is provided as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for disputes between players regarding buy-ins, cash-outs, or settlements. The settlement calculator provides suggestions only — final payment arrangements are between the players involved.

9. Disclaimer

PokerOdds.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Poker odds calculations are based on Monte Carlo simulations and may have minor statistical variance. Lesson content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee poker success. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while playing poker.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerOdds.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion permanently removes your profile, scores, lesson progress, game history, and all associated data. Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled upon account deletion.
